Warwickshire Gang Show (WAGS) Audition Dates
All auditions are to be held at Dale Street Methodist Church, Leamington Spa
Sunday 22nd September 2024
Juniors auditions: 13:30 – 15:30 (If you are a SCOUT or GUIDE and will be under 14 by the 25th of February 2025, please come to the JUNIOR audition)
Seniors auditions: 16:00 – 18:00 (If you are a RANGER, EXPLORER, NETWORK, or a LEADER and are over 14 and under 25 by the 25th of February 2025 please come to the SENIOR audition.)
Wednesday 25th September 2024
Dance team auditions: 19:30 – 21:15 for seniors interested in Dance team (you must also attend the audition on 22nd September)
NO REHEARSAL OR AUDITIONS SUNDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER AS LAST YEARS SENIOR CAST ARE PERFORMING IN LONDON… AT THE ODEON.
Sunday 6th October 2024
Cubs auditions: 13.00 – 15.00 (If you are a CUB or will be in CUBS by the 25th of February 2025, please come to the CUBS audition)
Sunday 10th November 2024
Beaver registration: 13:00 – 14:00 (if you will be a BEAVER by the 25th of February 2025, please come to register with Beavers)
Rehearsal Times
Juniors and Seniors (including dance team)
Sundays from 6th October until the show – usual times 13:30 – 17:30
Dance team also rehearse Wednesdays from 2nd October 19:15 – 21:30
Cubs rehearse Sundays from 17th November until the show initially 15:00 – 17:30, then after Christmas 14:00 to 17:30
Beavers one off rehearsal on Sunday 8th December 13:00 – 14:00, then Sunday 5th January until the show 13:00 – 14:00
How To Register
Young people who have not participated in WAGS before will need to register before auditioning. This can be done using this link:

If your young people were in the show last year, please just drop us an email at contact@wagsgangshow.org.uk and we will move their records over from last time – this is essential.
We use Online Scout Manager to manage our administration. Once you have completed the registration form you will be sent an automated email requesting that you log onto Online Scout Manager. Here you can add additional information – please complete this as soon as possible to give us all the information that we require before the audition process.
If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder. The email will come from myscout@onlinescoutmanager.co.uk and you may like to add this to your safe sender list to avoid it going to junk.
Availability For The Show
Cast must be available for the show week Saturday February 22nd to Saturday March 1st 2025.
Cast must also be available for the three weeks before then (2nd February) onwards.
